Four commitments.
We build for production
A bad Tuesday brings the malformed file, the offline user, the exception nobody documented. If it cannot survive that, it is not finished.
We stay after go-live
The weeks following a cutover decide whether a project worked. That is not a separate contract, and it is not an upsell.
We tell you when not to build
Sometimes the answer is a process change, a configuration, or software you can simply buy. We say so before we quote a project.
Your data stays yours
It is used to run your system and nothing else. We put that in writing before you have to ask.
